When promos for Friends: The Reunion were released, fans immediately clocked Jennifer Aniston's sleeveless black turtleneck as a tribute to her NBC alter ego, Rachel Green.

Well, it's more than an educated guess. Rachel wore the sleeveless style a lot. Aniston, it seems, was in on the joke.

On Thursday Aniston shared a New Yorker cartoon on her Instagram Stories featuring a woman standing before a sleeveless high-neck top with the caption "What time of year are you for!"

She followed her post with a composite image of three Rachel Green sleeveless turtleneck moments as well as a still of Aniston during the show's reunion special. The actress added a shrug emoji to the post.
