Leeza got married to John Hicks for the first time in her life in 1980. This married life lasted for only two years as they dissolved this married life in 1982. The actual reason for their divorce is still unknown.

In the late 1980s, while she was at a charity fund-raiser in New Zealand she met her second husband Chris Quinten there. Chris Quinten is also an actor and they began their romantic love affairs after their first meeting. They got married in 1989 and the couple welcomed their child together that year. They got divorced in 1991.

In the early 1990s, Leeza was seen with Stephen Meadows. She dated him as her boyfriend. She and Stephen Meadows got married on the 14th of February 1991. They also had two children together. This married life lasted longer than her previous two but not forever as they announced their separation in early 2005 citing irreconcilable differences. They got divorced in the year 2005.

On the 20th of April 2011, Leeza got married to Steve Fenton. Steve Fenton is a talented guy; he is an actor, writer, and producer. They are still having a successful married life and are happy to have each other in their life.

As a child, Leeza was enrolled at . She completed her high school graduation from there and then she joined the with a major in journalism and mass communication. She also earned her from there. She began her career as a broadcaster and that was at the CBS affiliate in the mid-1970s. She then joined PM Magazine as its co-host.

She also worked at for several months. In 1983 she joined the TV show "Two on the Town" as its co-host. In 1984, she joined "Entertainment Tonight" and worked as a correspondent and a co-host of the show until 2000. Since January 2, 2017, Lezza Gibbons started as the co-host of "Rose Parade", which is a part of "America's New Year Celebration".

Lezza is also an author, to date, she has published six books. Lately, Leeza Gibbons published the book "Fierce Optimism: Seven Secrets for Playing Nice and Winning Big" on April 12th, 2016. Gibbons. Leeza Gibbons's "Take 2", which was published in 2013 became the bestseller.
